Flynn, known as "Ginger," has been with the company for 4 years. Having just completed his Carpentry apprenticeship and obtained his Carpentry Certificate, Flynn is now employed as a full-time qualified Carpenter, continuing to apply his skills to projects across the team.

Business Administration
Kate has been with the company since its formation in December 2020. Known as "The Real Boss," she expertly handles business administration, payroll, supplier relations, and HR, all while keeping Tom in line. Kate plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business behind the scenes.

Owner / Director
Tom has been with the company since its formation in December 2020. As the Owner and Director, he plays a pivotal role in the team, managing quoting, customer liaison, and material acquisition. Tom leads the team with expertise and contributes hands-on skills in carpentry, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standard.
