A new deck, patio, carport and Colourbond roof

This repeat client first had us construct a new Trex deck and Versiclad patio to extend their 3 bedroom home in Woy Woy. We also replaced an old window / door combo with a stunning bi-fold door to open up the whole back of the house. A custom glulam (glued laminated timber) beam was used for the huge 8m span on the back patio to ensure a truly open design without obstructing the view and create a feeling of openness.

They were so happy with the results they had us back to build a new carport in the same style as the back patio. This involved demolishing the old carport, constructing a Versiclad roof and widening the concrete driveway turning their single carport into a double.

Unfortunately their old cement tile roof had some leaks so a stunning new Colourbond roof was also installed at the same time. This allowed us to a achieve a seamless look between the Colourbond roof and the flyover Versiclad roof.

Lastly, while we were at it we removed some old asbestos capping on the studio roof and covered the old weathered facia boards with a custom Colourbond barge caping. A smart and cost effective alternative to a potentially much larger job. We also installed some nice trims to the door and windows to finish them off. Now all that's left is the painting!
